Please complete the booking form on receipt and return it with a refundable deposit of £100 held against cancellation, breakages, damage or loss of keys. The deposit is refundable 2 weeks after your return, assuming all is well and the keys have been returned. There is not normally an additional charge for cleaning after your departure unless extra cleaning is required. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Should the balance not be received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking in writing and make the dates available to let. The renter is liable to pay the balance in the event of the dates remaining un-let.

Although you are unlikely to encounter problems on your trip, we strongly advise you to carry the European Health Insurance Card which replaces Form E111 and take out comprehensive travel insurance covering health, travel, baggage, loss of personal items and cancellation. Tobacco odours are exacerbated and forced into other rooms by Air Conditioning; for the comfort of all, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and only permitted on the terrace.

Access to the apartment is normally from 16.00 hours on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 hours on your day of departure. These times are to allow the apartment to be prepared for the next renter.
